Premium subscribers can download offline maps for specific cities or regions before their trip. Basic navigation requires an internet connection. For offline use, we recommend downloading your destination maps while connected to Wi-Fi before you travel.
Our voice recognition supports 40+ languages and achieves high accuracy in most standard environments. Performance may vary in very noisy environments or with strong regional accents. We recommend speaking clearly at a moderate pace for best results. The translation is powered by state-of-the-art AI models and improves continuously.
Location permission is required to power navigation, show nearby restaurants and attractions, and provide location-aware AI recommendations. We only access your location while the app is in use. We do not track your location in the background or share your precise location with third parties. You can manage location permissions in your device Settings at any time.
Microphone access enables voice commands, speech-to-text translation, and hands-free navigation. Audio is captured only when you actively use a voice feature and is processed immediately for translation — we do not record or store your audio. You can use all text-based features without granting microphone permission.
Camera access powers the AR real-time translation feature — point your camera at Chinese text (menus, signs, labels) and see instant translation overlaid on your screen. Photo library access lets you choose a saved image for translation. We never access, scan, or upload your personal photos without your explicit action.
You can delete your account at any time from the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your personal data within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at 295174811@qq.com and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel: on iOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store, tap Menu → Subscriptions.
