Welcome to Enjoy CN APP, a one-stop travel service for overseas users traveling to China. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, in line with PRC laws (PIPL, Cybersecurity Law, etc.) and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. By using our services, you agree to our processing of your personal information as stipulated herein.

In-app notice: Before you send text or images in AI Assistant or Discover, the app shows a consent dialog that explains what data is sent, that it is shared with Volcano Engine AI Large Model, and asks for your permission. You may cancel and your message will not be sent. Optional VIP subscriptions (auto-renewable, billed through Apple) unlock unlimited Translate, AI Assistant, and Discover; see Section 12.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We only collect necessary information for service realization, without irrelevant data. Details are as follows:

2.1 Core Service Information

2.1.1 Map Positioning & Navigation

We collect your precise location data (GPS/Beidou/Base Station/Wi-Fi) when you use map features while the app is in use. You can turn off location permission in iOS settings at any time, which will only affect positioning-related services.

2.1.2 Conversation Translation

We collect voice/text you upload for real-time translation. Original content is deleted from the cloud within 48 hours after translation; saved history is stored locally only if you choose to save it.

2.1.3 AI Travel Itinerary Planning

We collect your travel preferences, schedule and authorized location to generate personalized itineraries. Temporary data is deleted from the cloud within 7 days; saved itineraries are encrypted and stored on domestic servers, deletable at any time.

2.1.4 Image Recognition & On-Site Explanation

We collect images you shoot/upload and authorized location for scenic commentary, menu translation, etc. Original images and temporary data are deleted from the cloud within 24 hours; saved results are stored locally only if you choose to save them.

2.1.5 Third-Party AI Service Usage Agreement

This application adopts Volcano Engine AI Large Model to provide intelligent services. When you use AI Assistant and Discover functions, relevant data will be transmitted to the server address: ai.volcengine.Data to be sent: User nickname, gender, nationality, purpose of coming to China, religion, user's current location.All above data sharing is solely for delivering accurate travel planning, intelligent identification and optimized service experience. We strictly constrain the use scope of such data. The third-party AI service provider shall sign a confidentiality agreement, keep your personal information strictly confidential and shall not use, disclose or transmit such information for any unauthorized purposes.

2.2 Basic Operation Information

We collect device info (model, OS version) and operation logs (crash logs, usage stats) for APP stability and optimization. This anonymized data is retained for up to 180 days.

2.3 Optional Information

Your email or contact info (if you provide it for customer service) is used to respond to your requests and may be deleted upon request.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

We will not sell/rent your information. We only share necessary data with authorized partners (map/AI/cloud/customer service providers including Volcano Engine AI service provider) who sign confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information under statutory circumstances (legal obligations, emergencies, etc.). In case of subject change (merger/acquisition), we will protect your information and require the new operator to abide by this Policy.

5. Storage and Security

All personal information is stored on compliant domestic cloud servers, with no overseas transfer without consent. Storage period: temporary service data (24h–7 days), basic info (180 days), saved content (until deletion/uninstallation). We adopt SSL/TLS encryption, AES-256 storage, access control and emergency response plans to protect data security. The data shared with third-party AI models will not be permanently stored by us beyond the agreed service cycle.

6. iOS System Permissions

We apply for permissions only when needed: Location (positioning/navigation while using the app), Microphone (voice translation), Camera (profile photo and AI chat images), Photo Library (select images for profile photo and AI chat). You can turn off permissions in iOS Settings anytime.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to know/decide, access/rectify, delete your information, withdraw consent to data sharing with third-party AI services, request account deletion, obtain data copies, object to automated decision-making, and complain/appeal.

To exercise these rights, email 122577675@qq.com. For account deletion or withdrawal of third-party AI sharing consent, describe your request clearly; we will verify and respond within 15 working days. If you previously agreed to third-party AI sharing in the app and wish to stop further sharing, contact us by email before sending new content, or request account/data deletion.

8. Protection of Minors

Our services are for users over 18. Minors must use with guardian consent. We will delete minor information collected without guardian consent immediately, and will not actively share minors’ information with third-party AI services.

9. Policy Updates

We will update this Policy as needed, notify you via APP pop-up/announcement, and re-obtain your consent for material changes including adjustment of third-party AI service cooperation scope or subscription terms. You can view the latest version in APP’s My → Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Policy is governed by PRC law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; failing that, litigation may be filed at the operator’s domicile court.

11. Special Notes

1. This Policy applies only to Enjoy CN APP; third-party services including Volcano Engine AI services are also subject to their independent privacy policies and user agreements.

2. We comply with Apple App Store Guidelines, and this Policy is consistent with App Store Connect privacy labels.

3. The latest version of this Policy prevails if there is any inconsistency with App Store descriptions.

12. VIP Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Enjoy CN offers optional auto-renewable VIP subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and annual plans) that unlock unlimited use of Translate, AI Assistant, and Discover (photo-AI recognition). Map and navigation remain available without a subscription.

12.1 Subscription Provider and Payment

Subscriptions are sold by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The developer and operator of Enjoy CN is Hansong.Wu (individual developer). We do not collect or store your full payment card details; Apple processes all payment information.

12.2 Free Trial Usage (Non-Subscribers)

If you do not subscribe, you may receive a limited number of free uses for Translate, AI Assistant, and Discover as configured on our servers. Remaining trial uses are shown in the app (e.g. “x / max”). When trial uses are exhausted, you must subscribe to continue using those features. Trial limits may change; the in-app display and server records prevail.

12.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. Once renewal is successful, no refund is provided by us; refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must be directed to Apple per Apple’s policies.

12.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app under your account → Subscriptions, then select Enjoy CN. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain VIP access until then.

12.5 Subscription Status and Entitlements

After a successful purchase, your VIP status and expiration date are verified by our servers via Apple’s transaction records. VIP benefits are tied to your in-app account (device-based login). Subscription status is shown in the app under My → VIP.

12.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices for new subscribers in App Store Connect. Apple will notify you of price changes that affect your existing subscription where required by Apple’s rules.
